Randy's and Sophap's Lives.

Randy's and Sopheap's histories is talking about what they have done on their lives.
Randy was Salvadorean and Sophep was from wrote a book called Hope In Times Of Darkness.
Like Randy Sopheap also was an author .She wrote a book called No Dream Beyond My Reach. They were both educated and successful people Randy has a Bachelor's Degree, and Sopheap has a Doctor's Degree. She is now a Medical Doctor .They had many goals .One of them was to encourage people .Randy encourage people especially the poor.As for Sopheap, she encourage people to dream big an go forward with their education.They were both good example for everybody .

My Goals this Year

I am thinking about my Goals for this Year 2010.My Goal this New Year is to better my health by
eating and exercising which is very important and will stimulate me personally, physically and mentally.This will be an example for my family, relations and friends to do as well and be able to enjoy life and each other with alonger life.My medical problem is that I have high sugar in my blood and with this new goal, I Feel I will improve my health.
